About the Role

Service Strategy Development:

Develop a consistent service strategy for clients aligned with Safe Harbor's service model and client expectations.
Service Delivery Management:

Ensure timely and quality service delivery by collaborating with service teams and coordinating client engagements.
Stewardship Deliverables Creation:

Supervise the development of deliverables such as claim reviews, technological advancements, dashboards, and more.
Renewal Oversight:

Manage the evaluation of renewals and present client renewal proposals.
Contract Execution:

Support client interactions during contract execution and delivery phases.
Client Onboarding:

Design and implement onboarding strategies for new clients, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Client Engagement:

Lead client-facing meetings to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.
Account Management Protocols:

Uphold or enhance internal account management protocols, including client handling guidelines, account receivables, contract organization, and more.
Team Leadership:

Mentor and oversee an Account Manager, providing guidance and supervision.
Data Management and Technology Solutions:

Handle data requests from clients and collaborate with the internal analytics and IT team to offer cutting-edge tech solutions.
Service and Program Implementation:

Support the rollout of new offerings and services for clients.
Reporting:

Communicate with the Executive Team about client-related challenges, achievements, and updates.
Sales Support:

Provide assistance to sales executives as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:

Undertake any other duties as directed by the Executive Team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of delivering and coordinating client services preferred

  • Prior management experience not required but preferred

  • Excellent Critical Thinking and Problem-solving skills required

  • Excellent Presentation Skills required

  • Microsoft Suite, especially Excel experience preferred.

  • Ability to create and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and team members.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Ability to understand big picture goals and willingness to participate in growth strategy discussions with executive team.

  • Property and Commerical Claims experience or knowledge of property and commercial claims is a plus.
