About the Role

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of claim auditors, ensuring a high standard of performance and professionalism.
Coordinate training and development programs for auditors, ensuring they are updated on the latest industry standards and company best practices.
Quality Control:

Oversee the auditing of insurance property claims to ensure compliance with established best practices.
Develop and refine quality control processes, incorporating continuous improvement methodologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of claims processing.
Claims Best Practices Adherence:

Ensure all auditors are well-versed in and adhere to the guidelines outlined in the claims best practices.
Collaborate with relevant departments to periodically review and update claims best practices in line with industry advancements and company needs.
Reporting & Analysis:

Produce regular reports highlighting quality control metrics, areas of concern, and recommendations for improvements.
Analyze trends and patterns in audit results to identify systemic issues or training needs.
Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the auditing team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
Address any concerns raised by external and internal stakeholders regarding claims processing and adherence to best practices.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in claims management.
Recommend and implement process improvements based on audit findings, feedback, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance property claims, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.



  • Strong knowledge of property claims processing and industry best practices.



  • Proficient in claims management software and data analysis tools.



  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.



  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
